Quick Guide

Here’s a quick overview of how we connect with new clients and what you can expect when you reach out. If you still have questions, we’re happy to walk you through it.

  • Opting Out: You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from Harbor Care at any time by replying “STOP,” “QUIT,” “CANCEL,” “END,” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to any of our messages. We will process your opt-out request promptly, and you will receive a confirmation message.

  • Opting Back In: If you opt out and later wish to receive SMS messages again, you will need to re-subscribe through the original opt-in method (e.g., texting the opt-in keyword, submitting a web form or sending a email).

  • Help: You can text “HELP” to receive information about our SMS program, including contact information.

  • Message frequency varies based on the campaign type.

  • For patients at the Health & Wellness Center, let Health Center staff know of any changes to your SMS preferences. You can reach the Center at 603-821-7788.
