Job Summary

The Patient Service Representative serves as the primary contact for new and established patients/clients and customers accessing Harbor Care services. Greets and welcomes everyone in welcoming and professional manner. Responsible for managing patient appointments, patients schedules, patient information, and patient processing through accurate and timely data entry to ensure timely patient flow. Works collaboratively with other members of the health care team and programs in order to provide high-quality patient care delivery.

+ Clinical Treatment Services

Job Summary

This management position will be responsible for overseeing the treatment services offered within Cynthia Day Family Center (CDFC) and Keystone Hall. This person will be working collaboratively with the residential program manager, under the supervision of the Substance Use Services Director to ensure that high quality treatment services are being offered to clients. This position will be responsible for maintaining licensing standards, including but not limited to those regarding clinical service delivery and documentation. An ideal candidate would have experience directing trauma informed residential programs and have experience with grant management/oversight. Must have the ability to think globally, solve problems and have proven decision-making skills as well being able to think critically.

+ Recovery Housing Supervisor

Job Summary:

Harbor Care provides housing for individuals currently affected by homelessness. This role will oversee our recovery residences and collaborate with the High Intensity Outpatient Program of Harbor Care. All individuals will be required to participate in a program of recovery while utilizing recovery housing. They will be required to participate in daily house meetings, nighttime recovery meetings, random drug screens and adhere to community living standards. Our houses meet New Hampshire Coalition of Recovery Residences ethics and standards to provide individuals with a safe, drug-free living environment while they participate in clinical care at Harbor Care. This role will maintain and oversee all recovery housing requirements and management of recovery houses and house leaders.
